Doing the Star Wars Character Tag…WITH MY DOLLS! (And Chewy, and Popcorn, and Me)

Hey guys! So I’ve seen the Star Wars Character Tag around the blogosphere…and it looks really really fun! I love Star Wars!

But the thing is, I don’t have enough characters for this or a blog that fits a niche that would relate to this tag*. So I decided, why not steal this tag and do it with my dolls?! I mean, there are no rules, right? (Which reminds me, I need to put the rules.)

*Well technically there’s The Realm of Writing/Write Away but WE SHALL NOT SPEAK OF THAT CRINGEY TRASH DUMP OF A BLOG.

1. THERE ARE NO RULES.

2. Refer To Number 1.

3. There is one absolute rule: You MUST use your own characters (OCs) for this tag. (Brownie points if you add pictures of your characters.)

4. The Sorta Rule: Scream a huge thank you to whoever tagged you for this whilst treating them to a pizza dinner at your favorite pizza chain.

I sound like a YouTuber everytime I say this, but…let’s get started!

Who’s Your Obi Wan Kenobi? (sassy, a great mentor, but can be a bit strict)

Let’s just pretend I haven’t used this picture super recently

This one SCREAMS Alexandra! Even though she’s not the oldest, she was one of my first dolls so she’s kind of like the mom who is mature, gives great advice, and can be kind of strict. But she also has a sassy, fun side: she’s a singer, author, and hairstylist, and loves creative stuff, witty comebacks, and generally having fun.

Who’s Your Leia Organa? (feisty, incredible comebacks, and does their own thing)

Definitely Jade! Have you SEEN Forever Season 1? Almost every single one of her lines in that (very cringey but an AGW classic) series is her being rebellious, sassy, or fiesty! She’s definitely Leia! (Ooooh, space buns would look good on her…)

Who’s Your Finn? (overeager, adorable, a cinnamon roll)

I know that Charlie is technically my sister’s doll, but he is definitely Finn! Seriously, his personality is so adorable and overeager. (You should’ve seen him when Z said she would go to a school dance with him!) How perfect is that? Oh, and not only is he a cinnamon roll, he loves eating them too. (It’s his favorite food.)

Who’s Your Padmé? (kind, loving, but also kick butt)

The lighting is a little weird in this one…

Probably Felicity! She’s so kind, compassionate, loving to everyone around her. She’s really shy, but when she wants to speak up her words are fiesty and blow everyone’s mind. She’s always thinking, sitting back and watching, observing everything around her.

Who’s Your Count Dooku? (deliciously evil, extra, and sick burns)

Okay this was REALLY HARD. Because none of my dolls are really EVIL or anything?!* So I just picked Logan, because he does have awesome burns and is pretty extra sometimes.

*That’s why this tag was meant for characters.

Who’s Your BB-8? (too cute, everyone loves them, can do no wrong)

Yes, I am aware that there are two. Yes, I am aware that these are not dolls. Yes, I am aware that just Popcorn here would make more since cause he’s an AG Dog. But Chewy AND Popcorn are the dynamic duo, and they fit this description PERFECTLY!!

(Also, this description is perfect for a baby unicorn in my first book ever named Steve, who liked to swing invisible nun chucks and could talk. Don’t ask.)

Who’s Your Yoda? (underestimated, extra, and wise)

Since Alexandra was already decided as Obi Wan Kanobi, I picked Z Crew News* star Ziana! She actually gives great advice and is so wise and mature. She’s been through a lot! She even has an advice segment on her channel. (Ooh, what if I did an advice segment thingy on ZCN? Thoughts?)

*What is it with me self-promoting referencing AGW series today? And what’s with the footnotes? I don’t know? *is confusing myself*

Who’s Your Anakin Skywalker? (bratty, rebellious, whiny)

THIS WAS EASY. I was wondering why Maryellen wasn’t showing up here yet, but that was because Anakin hadn’t been mentioned so far. She’s totally perfect for this, except for the whole turned-into-crazy-villain-psycopath thing. And the weird helmet and theme song and heavy breathing…so basically she’s Anakin Skywalker BEFORE Darth Vader, because she’s such a rebel, prankster, whiner, and can be bratty sometimes!

Who’s Your Luke Skywalker? (hero, has been through a lot, has their share of flaws)

THIS IS TOO EASY! Definitely Paris. I’ve learned a LOT about her character from her being the protagonist in the book I’m outlining (aka Trying for the Sky), and she definitely has a lot of flaws (has trouble prioritizing, can ignore her friends sometimes, gets easily upset, too competitive) has been through a ton (immunity disorder, insecurity, moving, worry), and a hero (saves the day, sacrifices, and fixes things in the end)!

And now…for the grand finale…

Who’s Your C3-PO? (always worrying, gives depressing information, constantly wailing)

YES. I PUT ME HERE. I KNOW I’m not a doll…but in the AGW world and all of the photostories and stopmotions and videos and stories, I’m the one calling them about something that happened? Delivering backstory? Worrying about new dolls fitting in?* Weird I put myself here, I know**. But there is no AGW Doll who fits this description, and I’m like perfect for this? TRUST ME, I’m not this depressing in real life, haha. And I never wail.

*I just discovered I’m a lazy plot device I throw into my own doll stories. Huh.

I had so much fun writing this, even though it’s a little weird, lol. So now…let’s see who’s been tagged for this awesomeness!

Yes, I know, doing that is kind of lazy and no one actually does it. BUT! In my defense, I’m not sure which of you guys like Star Wars, minus those who already did this tag!
